Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for using this site and the website subscription. The same no-surprises approach as the pricing.
The Basics
These terms cover your use of reginaldstudio.ca and the services offered here. Reginald Studio is operated by Aaron Osborne in London, Ontario, Canada. By using this site or subscribing to the service, you agree to these terms. Questions go to support@reginaldstudio.ca.
The Service
Reginald Studio builds and maintains custom websites on a flat monthly subscription of $35 CAD per month, with the build included. Hosting, updates, and support are covered by the plan. The specific scope of each build — pages, features, timeline — is agreed between us during the discovery process before work begins.
Billing & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically through Stripe’s secure checkout. You can cancel or update your payment method at any time through the receipt emails Stripe sends you, or by emailing me. Cancellation stops future charges; it doesn’t retroactively refund past months of service already delivered.
Your Content, My Code
Anything you provide for your website — text, photos, logos, business information — remains yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the business claims on your own site.
The content and design of reginaldstudio.ca itself belong to Reginald Studio.
Third-Party Services
Payments run on Stripe and call scheduling runs on Calendly. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, referenced in the Privacy Policy.
Warranties & Liability
I work hard to keep client sites and this site fast, secure, and online, but the service is provided “as is” without formal uptime guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reginald Studio’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
Changes
I may update these terms as the business evolves; the current version always lives at this page. Effective date: August 2, 2026.
